It's just a reworked Trollfarm build and by no means perfect, but maybe you guys can work something out from here. It does work, though it's not 100% safe.

But hey, its a start

P.S.: I *HIGHLY* recommend a weapon with +20% longer enchants, cause even with it's a very thin line between prevailing and grapping loot and runnig out of Mist form and getting gangraped

yeah i have not got round to farming this place in HM but when my warrior farmed this before, long long time ago now, so many white/ blue tribal axes ansd brute swords were dropping i guess this means in hard mode there is a nice chance of getting some max gold versions.

I tried it with my 55 necro, it didn't work as well as I would have hoped since most of the minos are in groups of 4 which is never good for SS

Might give it a shot with my warrior though

Okay, I was using the mino build stated at the start of the thread. So I get through most of Anvil Rock okay, then I get to the large group just outside Iron Horse Mine. Since they're right beside the portal...I think, hey...here's a quick way to farm without having to zone back to Ice Tooth Cave all the time. So, clear the group, the drops are pretty normal to begin with, 1 gold item, gold coins, tome...all the usual jazz. I go into Iron Horse Mine, come back and repeat. This time it was a couple of purples, few gold coins, mountain minotaur hides. The more I did it, the more my drops diminished. As far as I was aware (Please correct me if I'm wrong...) the anti-farming code didn't exist on Hard Mode.

Guess I was wrong!

Just wondered...has anyone experienced anything similar?

I started to do the same thing. I usually get a gold 1 out of 10 zones, and a purple 1 out of 3.

Nope I don't have Factions so I don't have that skill. But that build that I use works just fine

53 Minotaurs, 4 light blues, 1 purple, 9 drops total outside of tusks, skins and money. I didn't kill as many minos on previous runs but still no rares, tomes or whatever else is supposed to drop in Hard Mode. This is pathetic.

Yeah, me too, but then I changed the build and was able to do 2-3 groups at once.
But....they keep scattering it take ages to kill a single group, might as well go clear areas with my heroes/hench.

necro SS is quicker but they also scatter, making it so boring.

i made a nice better build for soloing the Minotuars but it can't Kill the boss yet. Do you know any good places to farm with that build?

ok so i just started a survivor rit(tier one already) and i was thinking i did this run with my tank and found it easy but also great XP(i might use scrolls for my rit) so i was wondering to pwr lvl my self what rit build? im thinking vwk or that new cyclone axe splinter build if someone could test and give me the build so i do not risk my progress(sorry if i sound egotistical) i would not wanna die of course

how are you guys agro a bunch of them? i can only agro one mob due to Bull Charge (kd)
